For product exchanges, you may change any product within 30 days of delivery completely free or charge. For example, if you find that an item is the wrong size or color and would like to change it for a different one, no problem! Please keep in mind that If wear and tear is apparent on the returned product that will render the item unsellable, we may not be able to accept the return.
You can initiate a return on items from your order page by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your name and the order confirmation number that you received when you ordered the item.
In the case of larger items, we will provide special return instructions and will arrange to have our local Hong Kong logistics team come to do the pickup.
We aim to process all returns within a few days of receipt. Refunds are issued after returned items have been received, inspected, and processed. Refunds are issued as store credits in the form of a voucher. Please note that all of the above return policy points apply only to orders shipping within Hong Kong. Due to complications with international orders, we will not be able to accept returns from international shipments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
